Pros

Plenty of hours, great resources provided.

Cons

Unrealistic billable expectations in order to keep benefits. I was assigned to numerous cases without BCBA support and given the assignment to write client's progress reports who had not received any services for the 3 months prior to my starting with the company. This company just wants you to hit your numbers and bill. Also as a clinical leader you really are the one doing all the work for parent led cases. They give you 12 hours for a parent led case and expect you to bill all those hours while you only have 3 hours of BCBA support on the case. Stressful.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with our company. We appreciate your positive comments about the availability of hours and the resources provided. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced regarding unrealistic billable expectations, lack of BCBA support on assigned cases, and the pressure to prioritize billing over client care. We take these concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them. We understand the importance of active BCBA support for all clients and ensuring ethical guidelines are followed. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve, and we appreciate your advice to management. We are dedicated to creating an environment that prioritizes the well-being of our clients and staff. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts. We encourage you to reach out to us directly if you have any further suggestions or concerns. We remain committed to providing the highest level of care and service. - Armando Luna-Medina, VP of Engagement & Diversity
