Pros

-Flexible schedule and accommodations are made as needed. I was sick on and off and the scheduling team always made it work. Missing work isn't the end of the world as I can always find a substitute BS/RBT for my client. -All equipment and training is provided ON DEMAND. If I need training on an application or powerpoint, it is available to me, all I have to do is show up. -Tuition reimbursement. 'Dreams come true' is available completely strings attached and fairly easy to navigate.

Cons

I wish they moved to the state I live in, I would love to be an in person BCBA or operations manager.

Pros

Management is very supportive if you need accommodations, and there are many different trainers/higher ups to go to if I need help. Some of my supervisors are lovely to work with and very helpful.

Cons

There can be slow progress on a case when supervisors don't do their best to update client plans, and communicate with the rest of the team. Really depends on what cases you get.
