Feeling like my work makes a real difference. Seeing progress in our clients - love that so much. From part time to full time roles to full career options.

Cons

Very few. This is tough work (a con if you don't love it) - but so worth it.

Pros

It's a pretty relaxed working environment, the clients are fun to work with after the first week or when you figure out 2-3 things that interested them. Once you get to know your client a little things fall into place. Usually towards the end of the first week or by the beginning of the second week in my experience.

Cons

There could be more hands-on training during a "fake" first week to become familiar with the central reach faster.
