Morning schedule for Supervisor's are flexible Possibility of moving up within the company

CSD claims that Supervisors have paid vacation- however supervisors are expected to bill all of their hours while maintaining 50/50 indirect/direct. In conclusion, there is no such thing as a paid holidays at CSD. Clinical Supervisors are overworked. They just recently added to our expectations, however no pay increase was offered. Upper management needs major support in managing. Most of upper management began as a Behavior Specialist and they have lack of experience in the field as it pertains to recent days paired with little to no educational background. This combination is going to wipe out CSD.

Pros

They are extremely desperate for people, and don’t bother you to much. So long as you show up they are happy.

Cons

CHEAP!! They don’t compensate people in accordance with California law. The upper management does not care about the kids. They don’t see these autistic children as people. All they see is $$$.

The pay is good. Especially for the Sacramento area. The job is what you'd expect ABA therapy.

Cons

All the Program supervisors are unprofessional. They don't ever care about your needs just the clients. They talk about employees in the office around other employees. They show favoritism and will write you up for things that they themselves do. Not a horrible place to work good pay just go home and drink a beer and talk about how poorly this company is managed.
