The Clinical staff is nice and friendly. Working with the kids is rewarding.

Cons

Worst management I have ever seen. HR team is terrible, very disorganized. Also very little training for the position. The job can feel really overwhelming, with no support.

The clients and the families are incredible

Company care after training is terrible. They pretty much left me hanging and put me with clients that I was not properly and fully trained to take care of. No COVID cancellation pay when clients and families test positive for COVID or are taking precautions. No pay when clients cancel. Your schedule is very inconsistent and it makes it hard to get an idea what your day is like. When you have to call out or miss work, you have to make up the hours and do the work, rather than the company taking care of it, this includes you testing positive for COVID. Company will not inform you if you were around clients who were exposed to COVID.
