Pros

CSD has very comprehensive and thorough training. They also provide a lot of individualized help when taking the RBT exam.

Cons

They can be very unresponsive. I had completed my training and passed my exam but was waiting to be scheduled for three weeks after having reached out to them countless times. I ended up finding another job

It is good experience, especially as a college student. It provides experience needed for post graduation. If this is the field you want to work in, there is a lot of room for growth.

Cons
