Pros

Pay is good and that is all. You earn every penny.

Cons

Profit is priority, unorganized, too much management, layer after layer of unnecessary high paying positions and no one to actually do the work. No one agrees and can give direction in a logical manner, zero communication to employees, lack of understanding of the jobs to provide guidance, and the list goes on........

Pros

Was able to work from home at times

Cons

Has changed hands as a company so many times it is ridiculous. Insurance was outrageous and had an enormous deductible before coverage started. The upper management will throw you under the bus in a heart beat to keep their jobs. It is all about see no evil hear no evil....until the crap hits the fan and then they want to act as if they knew nothing about it !! It is all about pretending to be compliant on paper and saying the right things but in reality .... it is ALL ABOUT the bottom the money. They could care less about patient care and doing the right thing! Of course they will say they do ...LOL . All about playing the game and making sure you are good at politics .....if you can master that ...then you will be a rock star. They only want ones that don't know enough to question the things they do. The nurse turn over is unbelievable ! The corporate team will drop some cash big time when they go to their meetings and the owners will give themselves BIG bonuses, but they haven't given raises to the nurse managers /Directors in years and they reduced the bonus that was earned last year!
