      Pros

      All office staff is great including management and support staff.

      Cons

      The job becomes more corporate every day. We don't really have a sense of why we are doing what we are doing. Too little care and compassion for the patients - it's all about pushing them through the wheel.

      Pros

      Loved my job! Loved my boss and coworkers. Kindred gave me the opportunity to work from home and establish a career that I love! The pay was ok and benefits were pretty great!

      Cons

      Got let go along with 42 other people so they could outsource coding. Let go of “associate” coders but nobody would explain what the difference in associate and UR coder is. They let us go on a conference call and announced everyone’s name at least 3 times. How many times can one company be bought?????? Could have been more open about the possibility of losing our jobs. The bottom line is all that matters to this company.

      Great Patients and Providers, nice coworkers good location

      Cons

      Terrible management! They don’t show any concern for the employees. Morale is always down. High staff turnover. Favoritism and biased managers including Clinical lead and AC Lead
