      Good when there’s work

      Pros

      Pay varies based on caseload. When work is plenty, pay is decent. Decent PTO.

      Cons

      But when work is scare, paychecks can be down big. Paid per visit has its trade offs. Too many managers in the up line

      The travel was moderately good.

      Cons

      How much time do you have? Work-life balance is non-existent Subjective University The only project or initiative that’s ever getting done is growth related initiatives. No effort on quality. Analytics: the worst Analytics I can remember. Misalignment on everything. RIF and ERP are tools for them and are regularly used to counterbalance mismanagement. There’s a call for a call. People routinely schedule same day calls. Bank on 10 hours worth of calls per day to accomplish nothing. Email etiquette: CC everybody, finger point, lose the email because you were on the calls all day or trying to work. Pay is way behind United and other smaller competitors in the space.
