The job duties are not too difficult. Co workers and generally really nice and helpful.

Cons

Get ready to feel like you're on the most wanted list—you're under constant surveillance. They micromanage every second of your day, down to the minute. You can't even scratch your eye without getting a direct message from a lead, questioning your every move. It's like working in a never-ending fishbowl.

Management keeps getting worse, less raises every year but want to add more work load, no room for advancement, toxic, doesn't care about employees or their members,
