      flexible schedule, decent pay, great staff

      Cons

      Very long days and are expected to cover wide coverage range. Charting is insane. You will rush thru seeing your pts b/c when you get home you have hours of charting to do each night. Work never ends..even on your days off you will get constant emails, charts to correct, phone calls to make to Drs and so much more. You are not paid for anything but the actual visit not all the hours of extra time spent on charting and other work.

      Pros

      good people, good co-workers, great reason to work there to help other people, great having a job but it would be better if you were appreciated more.

      Cons

      raise don't exist, work, work and more work and still not happy. make a mistake, that will be mentioned but do something right, never anything said about how well you do your job.
