Pros

Good pay and flexibility of schedule

Cons

Company has become very corporate, profit driven, focusing on bottom line and not what is best for patients and no loyalty to employees.

Pros

Good teamwork. People in the field are professional and friendly and helpful to new hires.

Cons

Workload. Often unable to complete patient care and computer charting in time expected. Too much focus on productivity and not enough on quality patient care. Nurse moral was low due to having too many patients and not enough time. We had an email chain to support each other.

Pros

Honestly cannot think of any at this time.

Cons

Totally childish and unprofessional manager. They falsely mislead thru advertisement and interview process telling you they have 8, 12 & 24 hour shifts, and their pay is $12.50 per hour. Then after you get hired they offer a 4 hour shift with $11.50 an hour and tell you if you refuse the 4-hour shift, you can be fired. Manager treats others as if they are beneath her. Verbally abusive and leads thru intimidation. Had to notify Human resources on her, then she turned around and stated she could pretty much do whatever she wanted whether human resources liked it or not. Worked there less than 1-day due to her hideous behavior. She called me the night before orientation to tell me she was the " Peanut Butter" of the company and the staff coordinator was her "Jelly" and gave me the snotty speech on how I HAVE to accept shifts offered or else... Who says something like that? Then she and her assistant both refused to tell me the name, just the name, of their immediate boss. They are obviously hiding something. Too bad as I am a caregiver with over 10 years experience and a nursing background. So happy I found out now before actually going to work for this crazy so called Manager of this company... Next...
