Upper management supports the field account and program management. They have the willingness to do the job right and treat the employees fair as what is allowable under the awarded contracts

Cons

Suffers bidding shortfalls where they will cut to at or below bottom line to obtain award which puts the Account Manager at a disadvantage to maintain the contracts budgets.
