Good people to work with. Flexible with personal needs and work hours. Will hire personnel without a clearance as long as a clearance is gained within 2 years.

Cons

Drops pay every time a new contract is signed to meet Business Plan goals. Cost of Living increases are slow to be approved due to relationship with parent company, Constellis. No established training/certification program outside of what is established for uniformed security personnel. Few opportunities for advancement. Pay is around 10-20 % lower than the average for administrative positions in the area.
