Great People, Good Culture

Pros

Company puts a high value on hiring people who share core values. The vast majority of my interactions with other employees across multiple departments has been positive. Multiple pay increases in the last year to maintain competitive compensation within industry.

Cons

Opportunities are currently limited in the Indianapolis market due to most departments operating exclusively out of corporate office in NW Indiana. Employee experiences can be inconsistent due to poor management of some locations.

Best Place I ever Worked

Pros

The culture is really special and I was skeptical at first that it was too good to be true. As a manager you can also care for your team and have fun, it isn’t all work. You are supported and developed.

Cons

People don’t leave so there aren’t as many openings as a company that has turnover. I guess that is good and bad, but I still feel I’ve been given many opportunities to grow in my 5 years.
