I have not discovered anything negative so far. The only downside is I wish I would have found this job a lot earlier.

One of the best banks to work for in the U.S, and one of best companies to work for in Indiana. Strong culture of servant heart leadership.

Cons

Still some dinosaurs in C-suite positions that don't fully get data science principles or the potential value.

When I had a new idea that needed to get approval, I was invited to share my findings during a senior management meeting and I was wow'd by how supportive and understanding they were of the needs I was presenting to them.
