I absolutely loved working for Central Michigan University because of the young employees and the positive attitude.

Pros

Central Michigan University constantly strives for professional development in every position. Central worked well around my crazy student schedule, and my advisers were willing to help with any life situation that interfered with work. I also loved the employee scheduling system: when to work.

Cons

There were not guaranteed hours, which did not make paying bills easy. There were also too many employees hired for the fitness specialist position.
