Cons

Still trying to figure out best way to work between departments to reach common goals and objectives to benefit university. Some disconnect between departments.

Tuition reimbursement (24 credits a year) makes it possible for employees to advance their education while working for CMU. The vision of the university is positive, and this gives you the possibility to work for values that you admire.

Cons

Lots of office politics, need to watch what you say and to who. People are not always recognized for their hard work.
