      The management and leadership team is great! They will work with you in devising a plan/strategy into your recruiting practices to best fit your recruiting style. The drive within the organization to set them apart from other firms is second to none. This company is going places and noone at the organization wants anything less than being the best firm in the industry

      Being a startup currently you have to be able to take the ups and downs and look at the future.
