      Innovative culture, good benefits, flexibility, great management team, excellent sales reps and recruiters, loyal consultants, the owners really care about the company

      Pros

      Company very supportive and encouraging. Progressive style with flexibility. Good home/ work balance. Genuine nice people who are passionate about successful recruiting relationships for candidates and clients.

      Cons

      Everyone is extremely busy so meetings need to be pre-arranged.
