Pros

Stable, Government contract machine shop, they have money to throw around. For now.

Cons

Nepotism with friends and family. Palpable caste system. No upward mobility. They cut corner's left and right on their government contracts so be prepared to "put out fires" and sign off on stuff that is questionable. The logistics are a disaster. In my 10 years in the Army and 5 years on the civilian side, I've never seen so much disorganization. This company will probably lose at least several big contracts soon if they can't fix production and logistics asap.
