Open minded management, Fun, flexible schedules, incredible progress, interesting work, really makes a difference in the community.

Cons

Well, like any other startup you have your bumps on the road. Nothing out of the ordinary is occurring for me to feel it's unbearable.

Pros

The company is growing quickly and the work itself is extremely rewarding. There is no better feeling than helping others and you are able to do that day in and day out. There is plenty of opportunity to dive in and put your stamp on what you are passionate about.

Cons

There isn't much formal process in place due to the growth phase the company is in. It's not a huge con for me but it could be for others who are used to having it.

The people are hardworking, passionate about the mission and fun to be around. There is a lot of opportunity to drive growth with current and new products. The team is collaborative, open to change and the overall culture embraces learning and new people. Its an exciting time to be part of a great team

Cons

The company is experiencing change, which brings growing pains and process with it. I don't think of this as a real con but rather a rite of passage to be aware of
