We are very lucky to be one of the few post-acute brain injury programs, that remains family-owned; and are blessed to have a family and leadership team dedicated to providing a positive experience for all. As you noted, these last few years dealing with the pandemic has been challenging for almost everyone (inside and outside CNS) with higher turnover than in previous years. It was also a challenging time for onboarding new employees in a manner for them to be able to understand our culture and who we are as an organization. As a result of previous feedback, we developed Employee Engagement committees to engage/re-engage our staff (new and tenured) to create activities to enhance our culture, we hope that you are seeing positive movement in this area. If you have any additional suggestions, please reach out to your HR representative - We are always open to new ideas and members. We are glad to hear that you feel that CNS is competitive regarding wages. Our leadership and HR teams have worked diligently to ensure that we have the best people at CNS and that we are competitive in the marketplace.
