Toxic Work Culture

Pros

- patient population - high tech facilities

Cons

This is the most toxic work culture I have ever experienced. Employees constantly using cut-throat methods to bully others into submission. Micromanaging by case managers. They put a bright shiny bow (including a huge sign-on bonus with a 3 year contract) on their offer package to lure in new grad clinicians then treat them less than human. Working with violent patients takes a toll mentally and physically and feels ethically wrong pinning people to the ground. Clinicians are asked to do unethical things with patients and get backlash if they try to advocate for them. Avoid working here at all costs.
