Pros

CNS really cares about their patients and their employees. Management is flexible and supportive, the job is a lot of fun and the patients are great people. I was lucky enough to work with CNS while still in college; I was able to pick up shifts week by week depending on my schedule -- the shifts work well with a student's schedule (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, including weekends). It's an awesome experience for someone looking to go into the health field.

Cons

None! CNS is a great company.

Rehabilitation therapists are amazing, wonderful, caring people. They really take a personal interest in reaching goals and then expounding upon them.

Cons

Management has limited direction, refuse to address concerns by employees by dismissing them with "we are making changes, thank you for your input".

The Centre for Neuro Skills utilizes progressive and relevant treatment methods to support patient centered progression towards functional independence. They truly are experts that set the standard for all others in the field of brain and spinal injury rehabilitation!

Cons

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about CNS. They are a wonderful company to work for and have fantastic leadership!
