- Great experience with small neurological population (TBI, stroke) - Support for continuing education and education within company on brain injury - Education and training for Behavior Tools and ProACT - interactive team approach/opportunities to collaborate between disciplines - offers counseling and educational services to patients

- not much focus on retaining employees - physically demanding patient population - expectations to double/group - pay
