Get a lot of experience working with a wide spectrum of disorders and diagnoses of all levels and ages.

Cons

Don’t use restraints and risk of being assaulted at work. Must assist with bathroom and transfers regardless of position.

Pros

Great coworkers who work well together to ensure that our patients receive the best therapies to regain the highest level of independence possible. It is a blessing to be able to be a part of our patients' recovery and to see the amazing successes that happen on a daily basis.

Cons

Very challenging work at times, due to the patient's injuries, but in the end when you see the "why" of your hard work it is all worth it.

Amazing patients experience... when they actually have patients that is.

Cons

Management/ Supervisors are the laziest and most inconsiderate people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They all scheme and use the workers like we are tools. They ask you to go home early when other people get to stay. There’s Favoritism here.
