Ethical Company, Dynamic Workforce

Pros

Ethical and honest company with a long track record as a leader in the rehabilitation industry. This company has a very dynamic and creative work environment with a lot of opportunity for growth and professional development. The company has experienced ongoing growth providing a specialized level of rehabilitation to an under served population of patients. You never have to worry about this company's ethics or morals.

Cons

This is a fast-paced, demanding work environment. It is honestly not for everyone, but those that commit to the corporate mission will find lot's of career paths and development opportunities. If you're not interested in hard work or developing yourself personally, this company may not be for you.

Pros

Great benefits and leadership. Good hard working team! I enjoy the small company feel. Communication skills are good. Problems are managed and resolved in a timely manner. When you speak up, your voice is heard!

Cons

All of the positives outweigh the negatives at CNS. Unfortunately most people seek out social media to complain. I do not have any complaints and love working for this company. They really help patients get back to their previous level of function!
