Pros

Company was created by family and friends which has produced an amazing culture and work environment; CNS offers daily pay and competitive pay; CNS is the leader of the brain injury rehabilitation space, and it feels amazing to be a player on the winning team!; CNS views their people as their greatest asset; the Holiday Parties are a BLAST - so much fun and great people; CNS has a world-class therapy team, and we all get to benefit from that by watching the patients improve so quickly; CNS' approach to rehabilitation will literally change the way you view healthcare and help you outside of work in so many ways. *I should assure you all - this is an honest review. I was not asked or prompted to say any of these things. I really do love this company and the people.

Cons

CNS is very unique, so it does takes a little longer than you'd expect to grasp all of the concepts. However, once you grasp the concepts and settle in to your role, you will most likely LOVE working there.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy the culture, team, and innovative approach at CNS, and that you feel inspired by the impact we make on patients’ lives. Your kind words about our staff, therapy team, and overall environment truly mean a lot. We also appreciate your feedback on the learning curve—every unique approach comes with an adjustment period, and it’s great to hear you found it rewarding once settled in. Your encouragement and advice for continued growth are invaluable as we strive to expand our reach and opportunities for both patients and team members.
