I have had the privilege of working at the Centre for Neuro Skills for 12 years, and my journey here has been incredibly fulfilling. I started my career at the residential site as a direct care provider, where I had the chance to work hands-on with patients, which gave me valuable experience and deepened my passion for helping those with neurological conditions. The training and support I received were exceptional, and I truly felt like part of a dedicated and compassionate team.
Over time, my hard work and commitment were recognized, and I was promoted to a managerial role. This growth opportunity has been amazing, allowing me to expand my skills, work more closely with a team of professionals, and make an even greater impact on the lives of our patients.
