Learning opportunities are ending in neuro/brain rehab

Cons

Case management is the glue that runs the show. The job is extremely demanding and you're the face of everything. The learning was incredible but the responsibility to the organization was too great for the pay. Despite high pay, could be doubled for the work you endure.

The over all mission of the company is great in helping people.

Cons

In the accounting department there is lots of turnover due to one person. The executives haven’t put the puzzle pieces together that this person is the reason for it rather than everyone else.
