- Enjoyed working with the patients and learning from them - Positively impacting patients' lives - Great, fun co-workers who provided support and demonstrated passion in their work. - Great experience if you're attempting to pursue higher education (such as going to PT, OT, SLP, Nursing school, etc.)

Cons

- Poor pay for all the work you're expected to do - Poor leadership and support to employees - Expected to wear several hats although you're being spread thin... and you're not compensated for it any further.

- Mostly friendly PT, OT, SLP and therapists - State-of-the-art facility and PT/OT equiptment - Clean and welcoming

Cons

The problems exist withing: Case Managers/Management/HR based on my experiences, observations, conversation with current and former employees: - Case Managers/Management/HR - unprofessional, lack of regard or respect for employees, nepotism, non-medical personnel making medical decisions that override those clinical decisions made by those with formally educated medical professionals holding medical licenses (i.e. case managers and upper managements override medically safe decisions that can often be viewed as a result in company financial gains) - Lack of professional respect for medical dept decisions for those hold holding medical licenses - Poor work-life balance - Lack of support - Poor leadership - Management yelling at in in public areas and during group meetings in a professional setting occur frequently - Poor communication - Employees in positions they are not qualified for because they know or are related to a person with hiring authority
