-When you get up to case manager level and above it's a little hit or miss... some of them are helpful but generally they don't provide great support
-When you bring up concerns you'll generally just hear that "well, this is the way we've always done it" or they just say "too bad"
-Training is disorganized and not very helpful in dealing with this population. You spend a lot of time watching videos and reading things that aren't very helpful when you're actually working with a live patient
-They admit way more patients than the current staff can safely supervise. A group of patients can be left under minimal supervision if several staff members are needed to take one patient to the bathroom or deal with a behavioral issue. One-on-one therapy is practically unheard of.
