Pros

Fast past environment working for a lot of major companies as customers. Unique pretty physical work that will keep you in shape. The company offers great benefits and a real nice bonus opportunity. Have a lot of friends that work here and overall pretty cool place. The leadership of the company seems to have it growing fast and they recognize our effort.

Cons

Probably the biggest draw back is the environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Pros

Always different. Each day has great experiences and work with good people. The leaders actually care and allow us to do our jobs. Pay is good with really nice benefits. Company is growing substantially and has a lot of opportunities to advance. We have weekly team meetings and a meeting every quarter to discuss our business. Annual rewards have been very good.

Cons

A lot of overtime. Training of new people could be better as well.

Advancement opportunities. After only 6 months I had an opportunity to advance to a new role. A lot of good people to work with. Great bonus opportunities!

Very busy work atmosphere. A lot going on all the time.
