The worst company I've ever worked for
Pros
You can call in whenever you want, and never get in trouble.
Cons
-People call in all the time, and you are expected to cover their shift. -The pay is terrible. -They hire through a temp agency, yet string them along for at least a year before they hire them. Then don't understand why people have a poor work ethic. -They never repair machines or get the right tools for the job, yet expect decent quality products. -Management expects to look at numbers to see how things on the production floor are going. -Training never happens. you are giving a tool, then expected to know how to use it properly. -People are constantly getting injured at work, and no actions are taken to prevent more accidents. -Working on John Deere property with nothing close to the pay or benefits packages available to those employees. -Basically the worst place I've ever worked.
