People are great! Company culture is great! Lots of variety (products, customers, etc). Worked on meaningful real-world projects.

Cons

Spent way too much time bidding new jobs and not enough time Engineering. Pay was not competitive for Engineering in the area.

Pros

Most Co-workers are amazing and I consider them family.

Cons

A lot of drama between shifts and even some lead’s sabotage their own workers and show definite favoritism. Poor communication. Was laid off twice in less than 6 months. Leads will spend more time watching cameras trying to “catch” people messing up than they do trying to help or teach someone how to do it. A lot of talking about people’s mistakes behind their backs instead of correcting the issues with the person.
