      Pros

      Great people all struggling together. The atmosphere was positive. The hours were reasonable and management was willing to listen to everyone's ideas. Apparently based on other reviews, Austin was a much better place to work than Colorado.

      Cons

      It was total chaos. Corporate had no idea how to run a public company, the framework was not in place to consistently acquire new companies without figuring out the issues at hand..

      Company makes great land acquisitions.

      Cons

      Sales Management is cut throat, un-engaged, lack morals and values, and only care about the bottom line. Pretend to care but only encourage behavior that means making home sales at any cost. Unprofessional.
