Pros

Good product and good locations

Cons

There is literally no training when you start there. You are sent out to a community with little guidance and very rarely any communication. Sales management should be in the field with the team. I never saw them. they are new, disengaged and could care less about your growth. Just #'s.

Good pay and fast paced for those who like to stay busy and are workaholics.

Cons

No work life balance, harsh environment to work in. High turnover in every department because upper management.

Pros

Given free reign when negotiating contracts with real estate agents. President is very supportive but sales management ranges from hands off to hostile.

Cons

No training provided. Pretty much thrown into the field with no information on community, company, warranty, etc- with no support provided. No communication between departments.
