Pros

Century Communities is still in growth mode, and many standard processes and procedures across the organization still need to be implemented. It's a great place to bring prior knowledge and experience and to make a positive impact. Team members seem to really respect and appreciate each other. My immediate manager is very supportive and encourages a strong work/life balance.

Cons

Lack of definable corporate culture. Social responsibility/corporate giving is almost non existent and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Strong, financially stable national home builder with lots of opportunity to impact change. Leadership is open to new ideas and provides the tools needed for success. Great team with a lot of passion!

Cons

Change can be bumpy at times.
