I've noticed some of the reviews are pretty unfavorable, and since I have had such a good experience with Century Communities, I decided to write a review. I think with any rapidly growing company comes growing pains and adjustments. Sure, there are always employees that aren't fun to work with, but that is more of an individual thing vs. a representation of the company as a whole. My advice would be to feel out the team you'd be joining and make a judgement from there. The benefits could be better, but I know that is something the company is currently working on to improve.

Management changes constantly!!! Sales managers come and go frequently because they can't work with upper management. Upper management only cares about closing homes not the condition of homes or the toll it takes on sales people having to make their customers close on homes that are not ready.

Cons

Unfortunately it's like high school and need to "fit in" with their culture and values or they may let you go. They don't pay as much as other companies.
