Pros

Century has decent pay, great benefits, and are definitely moving in the right direction for new home construction focused on quality and customer care.

Cons

Century pushes quality pretty hard and leaves a lot up to the discretion of the quality inspector without giving them formal training which sometimes means they have unrealistic expectations.

Find another builder to work for--Century isn't worth it

Pros

Coworkers are great, Quarterly meetings are a nice escape, good benefits

Cons

Below average pay, expected to work more hours than you're paid for, micro-managing insane supervisor, no opportunities for upward mobility, and you're treated as a number. I asked for an exit interview multiple times but nobody ever contacted me. They don't actually care about their employees, they only care about making money.
