Pros

Wish I could say there were pros, but there aren't any.

Cons

This company has NO TEAM mentality whatsoever. Lousy management. Lousy support. Bonus you're supposed to get off your houses are stripped away at a moments notice and given to the butt-hat that doesn't even know what he's doing. Onsite agents only out for themselves and run all over field guys. It's like working with middle school kids every day. Guys in the field working their cans off and managers worried about themselves only. No pay increase after a year of service. No bonus. Nothing. Can't take days off, can't take vacation days even though you have them banked, can't say anything to upper management because they "protect" the other managers from being called out for knowing nothing. We're the guys that are making the company money and we are treated like second-rate citizens.

Pros

Pay check some benefits and some really good people on the ground that work really hard for nothing. Not much more good to say about this company.

Cons

Care more about $$ than employees. Dangle carrot of a big 4th Quarter end of the year Bonus. Don't give bonus after Field workers work their Butts off to meet demands, but at least 2 middle and upper management people get New Cars at the first of the year. CEO's purchase a multi-million dollar home. Don't take care of customers and they let the trades run the company and do not support the field staff at ALL.
