      Growing quickly means that you get endless opportunities to perform and grow your skills. You'll never be bored. The main office has a positive and motivating team atmosphere. Accomplishments are recognized and celebrated publicly. Team members support each other and care about the company.

      Cons

      Coping with wearing many hats as we grow quickly can be stressful. But, help is coming as we hire new hands.
