      You have a job! And they provide toilet paper

      poor communication, nepotism, bad systems, upper management is not in touch with community needs or customers. Unprofessional. Unscrupulous. This company goes so far as to write reviews with 4 and 5 stars...obviously an inside job. History shows this company only has one or 2 stars at the most. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO SELF VALUE. You will be treated poorly and like a child. Management does not want to be better....All about the $$.

      Honestly the only pro for this company is the fact that it's nearly impossible to get fired because of the extremely high turn-over rate

      They don't care about the homeowners, everything is about the numbers at the end of the month

      Pros

      Wish I could say they were a great company but too many issues within this organization. Senior management needs to hire consultants or HRBPs to interview employees since they are the eyes, ears and direct correlation to the bottom line for the organization.

      Cons

      Little to no motivation and praise for work done well. Consistently threatening jobs are on the line. Upper management has no employee engagement processes nor do they have the necessary experience to manage and grow employees. No team mentality. Consistently working 60+ hours a week for low compensation.
