Lots of growth = lots of opportunity

Pros

A quickly growing home builder with a lot to offer. Especially since I came from one of the big builders in the country, this environment presents a great opportunity to shape the culture of a "soon to be" big builder. There are challenges every day, but it is a great place to work. I enjoy working with everyone here and enjoy being part of the future success of this company.

Cons

Quick growth has created some challenges. Communication between departments and from upper management about the company as a whole could improve to encourage everyone to be part of the big picture.

Pros

If you cannot find a job at any other builder and just want to get you foot in the door for experience then this is the company for you.

Cons

Everything. They micro manage their employees. This company has a reputation of being an awful place to work in Colorado and now Texas too. This is the most dishonest company I have ever seen or heard of. Employee satisfaction is the only thing that matters less than customer satisfaction.

Pros

Great product- awesome floorplans. You are left alone to fail on your own.

Cons

no support, no training program, no focus or direction. Right hand does not know what the left is doing but does a good job of pointing the finger. Unhappy homeowners- Company trips over dollars to pick up pennies. Slow pay for contractors and lots of unhappy employees who are stuck.
