lots of opportunities to fail, exciting projects

Cons

as mentioned before, failure is always yours, management is quick to blame, has long memories for bad things, poor memories for things in your favor, they are ALWAYS looking to save a buck (literally a dollar), lots of employee turnover

Very poorly ran company! Force closing on buyers and construction staff. Horrible reputation and rampit turnover.
