      The worst mistake I’ve made in a really long time!!!

      Better salary than most builders in the area.

      Cons

      Wish I would have listened to some of the people that came before me. I thought it was just sour grapes because people had left or been let go from the company but after being here awhile I see that they were dead on. Very hard to earn a bonus on a house and especially when it’s an unseen, unknown target. Don’t ever question something or someone above you because at Century Communities our input from the field is not welcomed. You are expected to do your job with no questions or anything suggestions on how things might be improved. All I can say is I hope the phone rings soon so I can move on to a place that appreciates their employees just a little bit anyway.

      Family oriented. Caring. Real effort to correct wrongs in place. But not happening fast enough.

      Cons

      Do not count on doing the job you were hired for. Do not count on staying in the position they put you in.
