      Not enough to deal with the avalanche of cons.

      Cons

      Notorious in the industry for bad treatment of employees. Culture of tension and daily made up emergencies just for kicks. Division President is out for himself and despised by all.

      Pros

      CEOs are very friendly and personable if you have the pleasure of meeting them and they appreciate their employees.

      Cons

      Division upper management works off the “good ole boy” system. Favoritism is obvious and disappointing. Customer service department is a joke and embarrassing how the “favorite” ones speak to the homeowners and get away with it.
