Century Communities in Charlotte has a wealth of experienced employees that are not empowered to make decisions or take ownership of their department.
Cons
Division is micromanaged by a few "leaders" that consistently impair company progress and impact the overall job satisfaction of their employees. There is no clear path for promotion from within, leadership is focused on plugging employees in and leaving them there, because that's what's easiest. No focus on growth, sharing of successes or relying on those that have been hired because they are experts in their field. Just a dictatorship with directives forced down your throat.
