Go to Century Complete instead atleast they pay you what is savagely earned.

Cons

If you do your job too well, manipulative executives get other supers to take you down a notch. They knowingly build homes that are not to plan. manipulation and lies. Isolation among other supers keeps the pack mentality from taking down its own Executives.
